News Flash:
I've just been offered a new job. Literally it has fallen into my lap, from out of the blue. Significantly more money and probably less stress.
I should feel elated, but to be honest...I feel scared. Really scared.
When good things happen to me, I always feel superstitiously wary. It's like I'm afraid to be too happy. Which is pretty screwed up, when you think about it.

Thanks to you both. The money's too good to turn down, so unless they pull the offer for some reason, I almost have to take it. I'm trying not to think about it too much. Change is a bitch sometimes.

I know just how you feel.
It's the unknown, with risks involved..
While I may be an emotional risk-taker [may be ?], I don't take risks with my bread-and- butter.
That sort of change frightens me...
Being a newbie is TOUGH.
I KNOW you can do it, though.
And less stress is fantastic.
